Harrison, son-in-law of Jenn & Tim Batey, is a Communications graduate from Liberty University with a strong dedication to helping others. With over a decade of experience in direct care and behavioral health, he brings a genuine passion for people to everything he does. As a graduate of the Keller Williams real estate program, Harrison has been energetically serving both buyers and sellers in residential sales, providing knowledgeable guidance and personalized support throughout every step of the home selling process. As an international relocation specialist fleutn in German, she’s personaly experienced with moving families, pets, and horses internationally. Passionate about animals and dedicated to delivering exceptional service, she specializes in residential properties, equestrian farms and communities, and commercial real estate. A graduate of an IB high school program and Florida State University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, he brings a strong foundation in both business strategy and operations.

As a former real estate agent in Florida focused on new construction and rental properties, he offers a unique blend of industry knowledge and transactional expertise. With over 25 years of experience in contracts and negotions, he’s our negotiations specialist. Tim is known for his strategic approach, attention to detail, and ability to deliver strong results. Married to Jenn and a father of four, he values relationships, integrity, and long-term success in every endeavor.
