Some long awaited news...

As of this Thursday, May 7th, Governor Gretchen Whitmer has deemed Realtors essential. This means we are now permitted to work with our clients through in-person showings, closings, meetings, etc... Of course, we will all be taking necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our clients, and ourselves.

What does this mean for you? Well, with interest rates low, we expect a flood of buyers actively searching for homes...and a backlog of homes to be listed, as well.
