COVID Update...How the Stay At Home Ban Affects Real Estate…

We wanted to reach out during these crazy times, first and foremost, to check in on our clients, business partners, and friends. There is no minimizing the disruption and angst that our communities at large are experiencing, especially for those of us in South East Michigan. 4 of our current clients are front line health care providers, and I am amazed at their stamina and courage on a daily basis!

To all of the Nurses, Doctors, Therapists, Cleaning Crews, Grocers, Delivery Service Workers, (and anyone we left off)...THANK YOU!  You are the HEROES of the hour.

Real Estate Agents were banned from working outside of our homes last month when the Stay At Home order was implemented. Inspectors, Appraisers, Mortgage Lenders, Insurance Agents, and Title Companies were all deemed 'essential.' Therefore, our active clients were able to move forward and close out pending sales, thanks to the amazing team of professionals supporting us.

As far as serving our current clientele, we have done both Buying and Listing consultations, as well staging walk-throughs, all via my iPad.
